The Unlimited minutes can be used to make local calls to standard landlines and mobiles within all the countries listed. For example, if you are in Spain you can call Spanish phone numbers. If you are in Italy you can call Italian phone numbers, etc.

The sim does NOT come with any SMS/Texting, however you can still receive SMS/Texts on your number, you just cannot send.

If you wish to call any other international countries outside the EU such as Australia, Canada, New Zealand, USA etc, you will need to use data based apps such as Whatsapp, Viber, Skype, Messenger, etc which you can also use for messaging. You are also able to add credit to your Viber or Skype account, which will allow you to make Local and International phone calls directly to landlines and mobile at the apps rates.

International Special Numbers

Calls to international special numbers aren't covered by your allowance. These include calls to international premium rate and some international personal numbers. 

This sim cannot be recharged, if you are travelling for longer than 28 days, we advise that you purchase additional sim cards based on the duration of your travel and place an activation date approximately 28 days apart for each sim and change the sim over at the end of 28 days.

For example, if you are travelling for 56 days and are departing on the 1st of September, then you should select 2 for the quantity (qty) and add them to the cart. Then in the cart page enter the activation date for the first sim as 1st September and then press the "+" to enter the activation date for second sim as 28 September.
