International Calling
We recommend that you use data based apps such as Whatsapp, Viber, Skype, etc to make international phone calls rather than adding credit for international calls. This is a add-on feature and comes with set features.
Alternatively, you have the option to add the $15 International Talk and Text Feature during purchase which will give you Unlimited calls to Australian Landlines and other landlines in select countries. It will also provide Unlimited International Texting back to Australia and to over 200 other countries.
You will need to add credit on top of this $15 International feature if you want to call an International Mobile that has a per minute rate and is not Unlimited. Calls to Australian mobiles are 7 cents per minute, however mobile calls to select countries are unlimited.
You can search the countries and rates via the link HERE. If you just add credit without adding this $15 international talk and text feature, then you will be charged at the pay as you go rates which are very expensive. These rates can also be viewed with the previous link.

The SIM Card plan will last 30 Days from activation. If you are staying longer than 30 days and wish to recharge the sim you can do this by calling T-Mobile customer service on +1-877-453-1304 from your mobile handset.
Once you have exceeded your data limit, your data service will stop and you will only be able to make calls and send texts.
Alternatively, as another option if you are travelling for longer than 30 days, you can purchase additional sim cards based on the duration of your travels. If you are travelling for 60 days you can purchase 2 separate sim cards, and then swap them over at the end of each 30 day period (however, each sim card will have a different phone number). You will need to put the arrival date for the second sim card approximately 30 days after the original activation date. For example, if you are travelling from 1 March to 30 April, you will purchase 2 sim cards and have the arrival date for the first sim card noted as 1 March and the arrival date for the second sim card noted as 1 April.

As soon as you receive you order, you must register your travel/activation date via the following link; https://simcorner.com/pages/registersim. The sim card will automatically activate based on the Activation Date that you provide. It is from this date that your 30 days of service will commence. It can take up to 24 hours for your activation date to be registered into the system, hence, we encourage that you complete this form as soon as possible.
Should you wish to change the activation date after you have purchased, please contact us at support@simcorner.com at least 3 days prior to the noted activation date. Whilst using the sim card you will need to have both MOBILE DATA and DATA ROAMING functions ENABLED/TURNED ON in your phone.
Going for longer than 30 Days?
This sim cannot be recharged, if you are travelling for longer than 30 days, we advise that you purchase additional sim cards based on the duration of your travel and place the activation date approximately 30 days apart for each sim and swap the sim over at the end of 30 days.
For example, if you are travelling for 56 days and are departing on the 1st of September, then you should select 2 for the quantity (qty) and add them to the cart. Then in the cart page enter the activation date for the first sim as 1st September and then press the "+" to enter the activation date for second sim as 30th September. Whilst on your travel, insert the first sim card to get connected and after 30 days all you need to do is swap the sims over to remain connected throughout your trip. (Please note: each sim card will have a different phone number).
You will be assigned a USA based phone number for this travel sim card. Your local USA phone number is only generated once the sim card is activated (based on the activation date that you note at the time of purchase). You 30 days of service will commence from this date. Upon arriving in the USA, Canada or Mexico and after inserting the sim card in your mobile phone, you can go into your phone settings menu to view your USA phone number. You will also receive a text message from T-Mobile noting your local USA phone number.
Can I get my phone number earlier?
When a sim is activated we are able to retrieve the phone number from the system. As an option, if you are travelling for less than 30 days you can look at providing an earlier arrival date when purchasing the sim card, bearing in mind that your 30 days of service will still begin from that date. You can then e-mail us on the activation date you provided requesting your phone number which we can then forward to you.
