The eSIM is a virtual sim that is bulit into a phone's hardware, and as such there is no physical sim card. Please check the compatibilty section to ensure your specific phone model is compatible, as not all phones are eSIM compatible. You then simply need to follow the instruction we provide at the time of purchase to activate the sim.

When you land at your destination, simply open the email we have sent you and install the eSIM we have sent you (detailed step by step instructions with screenshot will be provided). The sim will automatically connect to a network which will commence your 14 days of service.
